Birthday Vibes

I picked up a birthday gift at Starbucks a few weeks ago. It was a venti sized ALOHA VIBES insulated cup. These bright and colorful cups can only be purchased at Starbucks here in Hawaii and they make really fun gifts. When I was making my purchase, the gal ringing me up said, “you should have seen how long the line was on the day these came out”!

I was happy they had them in stock the day I passed by the store! I brought it home and used it as my inspiration to create a birthday card.

Aloha Vibes Card and Gift

When I looked at the flowers on the mug, I thought of our amazing In Bloom Stamp Set and Pierced Blooms Dies. I looked the the colors on the mug. I saw Granny Apple Green, Magenta Madness, Calypso Coral and Garden Green. It’s hard to see in the photo but the mug has a blue straw, so I pulled in some Coastal Cabana to highlight the stamped word “birthday” on this card.

I die cut the letters using the wonderful Playful Alphabet Dies and I framed them with a die from the Hippo and Friends Dies.

The Pierced Blooms Dies are by far my FAVORITE new dies. You can make endless combinations of colorful flowers and leaves. I am so happy to have such amazing products to work with. Thank you Stampin’ Up!
