David’s Night Of Navy

Let’s raise support and awareness for ALS!!!

One of the things I love the most about my friend David is his attitude! Although he has been dealing with the challenges that battling ALS has brought into his life he has remained positive and strong. Although he can no longer move, eat, or speak without assistance from machines or aids, he has embraced his challenges with faith, hope and love. David is #LIVING with ALS and has made it his personal mission to educate others in order to make a difference in this world. This is something that David has always done, he is one of the most servant hearted people I know!

Our Stamped With Aloha community is personally connected to David because of his wife Laura who has been a part of our team the past 24 years. We know that Laura is going through a lot as she and David face these tough challenges together and we wish we lived closer so we could do more!

On Friday, October 18, 2024, we have found a way that we CAN help make a difference!! We will be hosting a fundraiser in David’s honor and joining his efforts to fundraise for Mission DuBois. This fundraiser is called David’s Night of Navy. This fun event will include 3 Night Of Navy make and take projects that were created with the Love and Strength stamp set, Tailgate Food by Chef Craig, Sweet Treat bake sale by Zoe, Hawaii and an optional 1 mile walk a thon in the library parking lot. We are hoping to find ten guests willing to walk the mile and the first ten who sign up to do so will receive an exclusive Mission DuBois #Living hat!

Whether you can attend or not you can still help us by making a donation to team Mission DuBois. Here are the links.
