September 2021 Paper Pumpkin Alternatives

What is your favorite season? Mine is definitely FALL!! To see changing leaves, wear boots and a scarf and visit a cider mill makes me so happy! Obviously, this is something I don’t get to do often because I live in Hawaii. It wasn’t too long ago that i used to travel almost every Fall. In fact, this week I was supposed to be in Oregon! Unfortunately all my Fall travel plans were cancelled once again this year. So, I had to get my “fall leaves fix” with my September 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit called Haunts and Harvest.

I’m gonna share about the projects in this post but if you’d rather check out the video of the projects, you can click here.

When I opened the kit, I saw that it was designed to create little pumpkin treat boxes. I didn’t have a heart to chop them up for alternative projects cause I loved them just as they are. I love pumpkins so I know I will definitely use them to give away as treats or to decorate my table at Thanksgiving.

So instead, I focused on the stamp set from the kit. It has some pretty two step leaf images and some really fun sentiments.

I love working with coordinating products and making things, “matchy-matchy”. So for this set of cards I chose a unique color combination of Cinnamon Cider, Mint Macaroon and Blushing Bride. I added the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder, Copper Foil, the Scallop Contour Dies and some Brushed Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots.

Using these supplies I created these three matching note cards.

I packed these cards in a decorated Mini Paper Pumpkin Box using the same coordinating products.

Here is the whole collection pictured together. Do you noticed my Fall leaves scattered all around. The best thing about these leaves is that they don’t require a rake!

I recently purchased the Pretty Pumpkin Bundle. I have a new class coming out this month that will feature this pretty bundle. It coordinates very nicely with the Haunts and Harvest kit.

Here is a sample below that shows one of the pretty dies from the Detailed Pumpkin Dies.

Well, I hope that no matter what season is your favorite that you will embrace this next season with a positive spirit. If you are currently facing a tough season know you are NOT alone! We are all in this together! Let’s look to God and trust Him for each new day, learning and growing through the challenges we face. There is nothing that is too difficult for Him. He is with us in every season.

I am grateful to God for you!

Stamped Blessings,

Cindy

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
