Sending Healing Hugs

Last week I shared a series of cards all made with the Back On Your Feet stamp set. Today, I want to share an adorable FIRST AID box that you can make in a matter of minutes, using a piece of Thick White Card Stock.

First Aid Kit Card Box

The box measurements were given to me by my friend and downline, Zeny Lucey, who is an amazing box maker. When you open the box, you’ll find a fun hidden message inside that says, “Sending Healing Hugs.” This sentiment comes from the stamp set, So Sentimental.

This box is the perfect size for our Stampin’ Up!® Note Cards and Envelopes. I designed it to fit the three Back On Your Feet cards I recently shared.. However, the recent punch art cards I created with the Doctor and Nurse images, would also fit perfectly inside this box!

I don’t make boxes very often. I focus more on cards but I LOVE to have boxes that coordinate with the cards I make. I am super blessed to know people like Zeny who are very experienced making boxes and can create a template in a matter of minutes.

When I decided I wanted to share this First Aid Box, Zeny taught me how to make it over FACE TIME and then I created a video on how to do it. I’m sure once this Social Distancing is over, I’ll feature Zeny on one of my videos as she would have great tips to share on box making. Until then, here is a video I created on how to make this box. Trust me, if I can make it, so can YOU!!!

Since I am not able to do classes in person at this time I am working on a bunch of creative ideas to continue to stamp with you. For the past two weeks, I’ve been posting tutorial stamping videos on my You Tube channel. If you haven’t subscribed, please do so! I also started a “KIT IN THE MAIL” program called, ALOHA MAIL. This is something I”ve always wanted to do and am really excited about. I am still tweaking some things and learning as I go! Here are the details for my April ALOHA MAIL card kit.

April ALOHA MAIL KIT

INTRODUCING ALOHA MAIL
Each Aloha Mail kit will include:

  • Pre-cut, and embossed card stock, pre-die cut pieces, pre-punched pieces, pre-scored card box and envelopes to make these 3 cards and the coordinating box.

  • If you want your cards to look exactly like mine, you will need the Back On Your Feet stamp set.

  • A step by step video tutorial for the following projects.

    • Giraffe card

    • Sign Sloth fun fold card

    • Turtle pop up card

    • Coordinating “First Aid” box

  • Each video includes instructions on how to create/assemble each project.

  • I used additional stamp sets for the greetings. Should you choose to include them in your order they are Love You To Pieces, Enjoy Life and Sorry for Everything.  You do not NEED these extra sets to complete the projects, the videos and PDF's give suggestions on how to make these projects by just using the Back On Your Feet Stamp Set.

How to order:

  • Your card kit is FREE in exchange for a $50 product order, before shipping and tax, in my online store ((CLICK HERE)) using the exclusive card kit host code FM4PGQVW. Without the use of this host code, I will not know you are entitled to the free precut supplies.  I’ve attached a picture to this email of where the host code should be applied.

  • Card kits are available from April 8, 2020 through April 20, 2020, 11:59PM (Hawaii Standard Time), while supplies last.

  • Kits will be mailed no later than April 20, 2020.

HOST CODE TIP

I have been working hard to provide lots of new things to share with all of you. If you have any questions about placing an online order or about my new kits, be sure to contact me.

I hope and pray you are doing well and I hope that you are taking time to stamp!  It’s a great stress reliever and right now is a time where everyone could really use some love and encouragement through your handmade cards.

Sending Healing Hugs!!!
