When I first saw our new Darling Label Punch Kit, all I could say is WOW! This gorgeous blue and gold tin is so beautiful. You can see it on page 44 of the 2018-2019 Stampin' Up! catalog. When I looked a little closer at the kit, I saw what was included in it and I knew I had to order it.

This beautiful tin is filled with everything you need to create projects for a variety of occasions. The kit comes with a 6 piece photopolymer stamp set, a punch, 2 Ink Spot pads and a clear block.

As soon as I got this kit I went to work designing a class that used every single image in the stamp set. I combined this kit with some white note cards and the Broadway Bound Specialty Designer Series Paper and created a cute matching set of cards.

The first card, pictured below is a bold and bright birthday card. I used two different pieces of the designer paper on this card. I love the glimmering candles that are made out of gold foil. Like many of the images on this specialty paper they really shimmer and shine.

Card number two is a "Hello" card. This type of greeting is perfect for when you want to send a note to a friend to let them know you were thinking about them. I love the color combination here. Lovely Lipstick is such a beautiful color and it really pops when placed next to Basic Black. This card also features a new embossing folder called Maps, etc.

Card number three is also a Thinking of You card but uses a different image from the set.

I am in love with the Scallop Stripe texture on this card. This was created by using one of our newest embossing folders appropriately named Striped Scallops! I love adorning cards with jeweled flowers. When the Tree Builder punch retired I had to scramble to find another flower to use. When I didn't see one, I improvised! I found that our new Bunny Builder punch had the perfect solution. What works for the Bunny's tail also makes an adorable flower. I punched out one with Lovely Lipstick Card Stock and then just roughed it up a bit with my fingers before adhering it to the card with a mini glue dot.

I love the pop of polka dots on the bottom of the card. This Designer Paper is so bold, beautiful and fun!

Card number four is a Congratulations Card.

I folded the top half of the note card in half and folded it back to create a front "fun" fold. This would work great as a graduation card or perhaps a fun card for a job promotion.

Card number five is one of my favorites. This card is a Thank You gift card holder. The entire right side of the card can be lifted to reveal an inside pocket for a gift card. Giving a card like this is such a beautiful way to show your appreciation.

The final card in the set is really unique and different. I wanted to show that the Broadway Bound Designer Series Paper has a soft side too. Many of the prints are very bold, bright and shiny but the piece I used on this card is soft, subtle and elegant. It makes a perfect pair for this sentiment that can be used for a Wedding or Anniversary celebration.

The pattern of this Designer Paper kind of reminds me of the lights that were strung over the reception area at my daughters wedding.

Once your order is received I will pack and ship you some Aloha Mail that will include: 6 Whisper White note cards, Make and Take supplies including pre cut pieces of the Broadway Bound Designer Series Paper and Pre-Embossed Card stock. All punches will be pre punched except the ones you have to stamp and punch with the Darling Label Punch Kit. You will also receive envelopes and any embellishments needed to complete these 6 adorable cards. All you will need is the Darling Label Punch Box (which you can purchase as part of your $50 order), adhesive of your choice, a black stamp pad (Tuxedo Black Memento Pad recommended) and for coloring 2 of the images, a coloring tool such as Stampin' Blends, Watercolor Pencils or Stampin' Write markers.

Remember this is a test, so I appreciate your patience as I step out to experience what it is like to provide kits in the mail for all of you.
